This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing all civil works on renewable energy construction projects, ensuring they are executed to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.As part of a purpose-driven company shaping the future of clean energy, you'll contribute directly to sustainable development while growing your own career within a high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all civil works on site in line with project specs and quality standardsMonitor subcontractor performance and resolve on-site issues swiftlyConduct regular safety and quality inspections, ensuring HSE complianceCoordinate daily operations with construction managers, engineers, and other stakeholdersOversee resource management and ensure timely delivery of materials/equipmentMaintain documentation and provide accurate daily and progress reportsProvide technical support and ensure feasibility of civil worksMinimum RequirementsDiploma or Degree in5+ years' experience in civil supervision (Renewable Energy or Construction preferred)Solid understanding of civil , construction practices, and safety regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in construction management tools/softwareValid driver's license & willingness to travelDesirable AttributesPassion for renewable energy and sustainabilityDiligent, resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused personality
