Industrial Relations Manager

- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies and policies
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues and grievances
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Represent the company in negotiations with unions and other employee representatives
- Monitor and analyze industrial relations trends and provide recommendations
- Develop training programs to educate employees on their rights and responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations and communicate updates to the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a complex and unionized environment
- Deep understanding of labour laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Proven experience in managing industrial relations issues and grievances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
