Industrial Relations Manager

• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies and policies
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and grievances
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Represent the company in negotiations with unions and other employee representatives
• Monitor and analyze industrial relations trends and provide recommendations
• Develop training programs to educate employees on their rights and responsibilities
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations and communicate updates to the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a complex and unionized environment
• Deep understanding of labour laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
• Proven experience in managing industrial relations issues and grievances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
