- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager at franchised dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Business acumen with strong reporting and analytical ability.
- Valid driver’s license.
