Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the new vehicle sales team to achieve targets.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee stock control, vehicle display, and dealership standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving repeat and referral business.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager at franchised dealership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Business acumen with strong reporting and analytical ability.
  • Valid driver’s license.
