Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Oversee vehicle valuations, stock management, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a franchised dealership.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Sound business acumen and analytical ability.
