- Bachelor's degree in project management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
- Additional training or certification in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation methodologies will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology deployment within the aftermarket, industrial, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience working in customer-centric environments, with a strong understanding of how digital tools can enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with data governance, digital platforms, and agile methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project execution with broader business goals, including digital transformation and revenue growth targets.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with a commitment to delivering value through digital solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret data, assess performance, and make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement.
