A dynamic and fast-paced FMCG manufacturing and distribution company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory control, staff management, and logistics to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of goods.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full warehouse operation, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching stockManage and lead warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company policiesImplement and maintain stock control systems, cycle counts, and stock accuracyEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and hygiene standardsCoordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operationsOptimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiencyMaintain accurate inventory and prepare regular reports for managementEnsure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers or branchesRequirements:Matric (Grade 12) + Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similarMinimum 5 years warehouse management experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of warehouse procedures, health & safety, and inventory systemsExperience with ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Sage, etc.)Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
