Job Role:
  • The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our sales team and coordinate various marketing activities
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications
  • 1+ years relative experience in a sales support or marketing administration role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Main Responsibilities:
  • Diary management for senior sales team
  • Flight and accommodation bookings
  • Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers
  • Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities
  • Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events
  • Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events
  • Provide digital images of products to sales team when required
  • Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints - (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.)
  • Update product libraries and catalogues (SKU Works/ Silo Library) - providing digital images as and when required
  • Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items
  • Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests
  • Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
