- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support or marketing administration role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Diary management for senior sales team
- Flight and accommodation bookings
- Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers
- Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities
- Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events
- Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events
- Provide digital images of products to sales team when required
- Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints - (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.)
- Update product libraries and catalogues - providing digital images as and when required
- Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items
- Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests
- Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst
