- Assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across pharmacy, digital, and healthcare channels.
- Support the execution of promotional activities aligned to the sales cycle and brand objectives.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and briefing of external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timelines.
- Monitor and analyse market, consumer, and competitor data (e.g., IQVIA, IRI, consumer tracking reports), identifying insights and providing actionable recommendations to the Senior Brand Manager.
- Contribute to the monthly forecasting process through analysis and alignment with demand trends and promotional plans.
- Assist in organising HCP engagement initiatives, including events, CME activities, and congresses.
- Track marketing spend and raise POs/invoices in line with budget allocations and business rules.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical, Digital) to coordinate marketing operations and ensure consistent execution of brand plans.
- Assist with the preparation of brand performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines in all marketing activities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom Marketing, BBusSci, BSc with Marketing postgrad).
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or assistant brand management role (internships may be considered if aligned).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, OTC, or healthcare industries.
- Exposure to IQVIA, IRI, or other market data systems.
- Previous experience supporting product launches or marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the marketing mix.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and identify actionable insights.
- Understanding of the consumer journey and retail landscape (pharmacy/FMCG).
- Time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing.
