Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join the Deal Party, Port Elizabeth team.The hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am - 14:00pm or 08:30am - 14:30pm· Full debtors and creditors function· Process invoices, payments, and receipts.· Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.· Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage credit control.· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.· Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.· Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.Requirements· Grade 12· Minimum 2 years relevant experience,· Proficient in MS Office,· Pastel experience essential,· Valid drivers license and own transport
