Our Engineering client is looking for an experienced MIS Technician to join their team. The successful candidate would be familiar with Plant Automation, PLC and Scada systems.
  • National Diploma or Degree in Software Development/Engineering/IT
  • 3-5 years working experience in a relevant field involving Software development
  • VB.net, ASP.net, VBScript, HTML, MVC & Javascript.
  • Microsoft SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, SSRS)
  • A+
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Aveva System Platform (Wonderware Scada) would be beneficial
  • MAUI would be beneficial
  • Plant Automation, PLC and Scada systems
  • Proficient with front and back end development, based on requirements from customers and industry best practise.
  • Cross platform application & website development
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing and developing the visual and interactive elements of websites and web applications.
  • To create a user-friendly and responsive user interface that prioritizes user experience.
  • Design & develop production reports & additional informational reports
  • Design & develop basic decision support systems
  • Design & develop Middleware applications
  • Maintenance on existing DSS systems
  • Maintenance on existing Information systems
