- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints within 48 hours.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain updated product pricing and stock availability weekly, ensuring accuracy across platforms.
- Stay ahead with the latest AI trends and integrate AI tools to improve daily tasks.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to become a product expert.
- Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets by effectively negotiating deals.
- Keep returns/refunds under 5% to maintain financial efficiency.
- Efficiently handle all reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure product listings and pricing are always up-to-date.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalised service and proactive solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in e-Commerce/Online Sales environment (agency experience is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Relevant qualification/completed certificates in Digital Marketing / Data Analytics and online training/short course in eCommerce preferred.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (nice to have)
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Woocommerce and Shopify.
- Familiar with Magento and WordPress (preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
