- Lead and inspire a talented finance team while shaping the financial future of a high-profile business unit
- Drive strategic initiatives that align with transformation goals, including B-BBEE objectives
- Gain exposure to international best practices in finance, governance, and operational management
- Take ownership of key processes from audits and reporting to tax compliance and asset management
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors, influencing critical business decisions
- Provide exceptional people leadership identify training needs, nurture talent, and drive succession planning
- Ensure robust financial governance and streamline systems and processes for efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering timely and reliable financial insights
- Take charge of annual audits, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting
- BCom in Finance or Accounting, with completed articles or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in a financial management role with direct staff supervision
- Professional accounting body registration is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality or gaming is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of South African tax
- Excellent leadership, communication, and results-driven skills
