We're looking for an admin genius, someone sharp, detail-driven, and great at following instructions to the letter, to join a fast-paced used car dealership. You'll need solid hands-on experience across key areas like accounts and invoicing, stock control, vehicle movement, and NATIS, providing smooth, reliable support to the Senior Administrator and to all other departments. Previous experience in a dealership environment and confidence using dealership systems like Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or ADP are a must, as is a valid Drivers License.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License2 years of similar admin experience in a motor dealership
Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of Excel and Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or ADP.Excellent organisational, admin and multitasking skillsBilingual (Must be able to speak and write in English & Afrikaans)
A stable work history
