Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies aligned with business goals
Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling
Oversee annual budget processes and ensure effective budget control mechanisms
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and corporate governance requirements
Optimise working capital, cash flow, and overall liquidity management
Lead relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions
Identify and manage financial and operational risks proactively
Drive the implementation of internal control systems and compliance frameworks
Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams to deliver on key priorities
Partner cross-functionally with operational teams to align financial goals with business drivers
Manage external audits and liaise with tax advisors and regulatory bodies
Drive cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness through financial analysis and optimisation initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is essential
Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ relevant experience, including 2 – 3 years at executive or senior management level
Strong business acumen with demonstrated leadership in an operational finance environment
Proven track record of strategic financial management and executive-level reporting
Immediate availability is required for consideration
