We are currently seeking a Admin Clerk. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for:Ensuring all Administrat6or aspects of operations processes are efficiently executed,Key Accountabilities:General assistance to Procurement and Branch Manager.
Matching Creditor’s documents and dispatch to head office.
Assist with queries from Creditors Department.
Scanning and filling of documents including but not limited to POD’s.
Relieve invoice clerk.
Assist and maintain tasks like daily tasks including but not limited to cycle counts, daily sales, contract pricing, fuel analysis, etc.
Fill in for internal sales and receptionist when they are on leave.
Perform all other Admin duties where needed.Reuirements:Matric/Grade 12
Languages: English is a prerequisite
Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Other expertise: Strong keyboard skills, business & result driven, team player, observant, excellent with numbers, very accurate, able to concentrate for long periods of time.View and apply for this and other vacancies online via
