
Finance Administrator

- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a financial administration or bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience working with accounting software: XERO and DEXT
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and statutory requirements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions (debtors and creditors)
- Manage cash book
- Assist with monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial reports
- Capture invoices, allocate payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial queries
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and assist auditors when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations
