Job Summary Our client, a high-performing supply chain business with an expanding African footprint, is seeking a Management Accountant to provide critical financial insights and business partnering support. This role offers end-to-end exposure to performance analysis, planning, and strategy, giving you a real seat at the table in shaping the organisation’s growth story.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and performance reports
Drive variance analysis, cost modelling, and profitability tracking
Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
Assist with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and business planning cycles
Support system and process enhancements to improve financial reporting and analytics

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting/Finance (Honours preferred), with CIMA or progress toward CIMA advantageous
3–5 years’ management accounting experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (BI tools beneficial)
A commercially minded self-starter with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
