- Canvassing an essential part of our daily responsibilities.
- Customer meetings join team members with customer engagements.
- Driving daily activity KPIs are met within their Sales Team.
- Pipeline management accuracy is key.
- Reporting compiling weekly sales & KPI reports.
- Collaboration working with other departments on Projects, Finance etc.
- Hiring and training ensuring all members have necessary skills & support to assist onboarding new customers.
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
