This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and experience in low-code/no-code environments. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.What You'll Be Doing

Supporting and enhancing service management systems and workflow engines.
Collaborating on relational database design and optimisation, including writing and tuning SQL queries.
Engaging in low-code/no-code solution development.
Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Documenting processes and maintaining system integrity.
Participating in solution design and stakeholder engagement.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years' experience in complex systems such as systems design and analysis, software development, system engineering or similair.
Experience with service management platforms (Ivanti ISM, Service Now, Cherwell), workflow engines, and relational databases.
Exposure to integration processes and API frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ITIL principles, Agile development, and the SDLC.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Education

Minimum: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Ideal : ITIL certification
