Take ownership of a portfolio of clients (existing + new)
Conduct monthly accounting maintenance, including VAT, Payroll, Credit Control
Prepare Annual Financial Statements & manage audit prep
Advise on and implement cloud-based accounting solutions (Xero + partner apps)
Provide operational support and insights to business owners
Handle Company Income Tax and Secretarial requirements
Participate in our collaborative network - share knowledge, ideas, and support
Over time: mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth

What we're looking for

SAIPA Qualified (registered Professional Accountant), and Registered Tax Practitioner
Completed SAIPA Articles, no more than 5 years additional experience
Proficient in Xero and comfortable exploring related tools
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Solid communicator who enjoys working with clients, not just for them
Cape Town-based or willing to travel for occasional in-person collaboration
