Job Summary Key Responsibilities: • Drive implementation of Fumani's 2030 Growth Strategy through effective sales leadership and execution. • Ensure monthly and annual achievement of new and used vehicle sales targets across the team. • Promote adoption of POS systems (Evolve, CMS), SharePoint, and CRM platforms to support digital transformation. • Review and approve deal documentation and enforce compliance with Pricing and Costing SOPs. • Lead regular team review meetings and provide performance coaching and feedback. • Coordinate participation in promotional activities and compile market intelligence reports. • Oversee customer experience metrics, including response time, delivery turnaround, and postdelivery follow-up. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle sales with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets. • Experience using digital tools such as Evolve, CMS, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
