- Collaborate with local, regional and global Communications and Government Affairs team members to develop and leverage success stories according to communication medium (internally and externally)
- Develop country profiles, case studies, masterclasses, learning days and roundtables/panels showcasing how company leverages Government Affairs to developing sustainable energy systems in the Middle East and Africa region
- Develop annual MEA Campaignable Topics strategy, messaging and campaigns
- Develop Government Affairs' internal communication strategy and deliverables
- Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate Communications and Government Affairs publicity and external events as required
- Content writing of Communications and Government Affairs articles, speeches, press releases, social media posts
- Supporting internal and external events in terms of content and logistics
- Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations or relevant field
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with technologies and best practices for campaigns across multiple platforms
- Experience in creatively telling a story through videos, visuals, and messaging
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing
- Strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Excellent Team player
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience in English and Arabic equally. German, French, and Portuguese experience would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms
