- Conduct research to analyse the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Plan and manage marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events, in-store promotions, retailers, and meetings.
- Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, Radio/TV content, website content, and print and e-commerce materials.
- Create new marketing material using graphic design.
- Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external marketing and social media vendors, as well as brand influencers.
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to management and other departments, providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Monitor and analyse metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
- Help develop the Master Marketing Strategy.
- Manage social media accounts, including building targeted online audiences, managing paid spend and reporting on performance versus spend, and running dark ads on social media and Google Analytics.
- Maintain the company website, specifically focusing on e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and WordPress (marketing-oriented, not technical).
- Lead the marketing team and provide direction, especially for the social media strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a recognized marketing/social media qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing Department, supporting strategy.
- 7-10 years' experience in technical and creative digital marketing, including social media management (paid spend, reporting, dark ads, Google Analytics) and marketing-oriented website maintenance (WooCommerce, WordPress).
- Salary: negotiable.
