Location: GautengType of Contract: PermanentPurpose of the RoleAs a Product Owner B2C You are responsible for shaping and leading the HBSA digital B2C agenda, enabling the company's RTC transformation. You will lead the deployment of the B2C ecosystem across SA, while driving a high customer adoption and consumer retention rate.Key Result Areas
- Lead the development and implementation of a B2(B2)C ecosystem
- Continuously research to understand key Consumer and customer pain points to optimize our services and drive customer value creation
- Design and implement new processes and ways of working across internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement B2C services
- Work with external stakeholders (technology vendors, fintech partners, etc.) to guarantee an optimal consumer experience
- Lead creation of business cases and financial validation of new B2C services offered and implemented
- Work with Local D&T, Global E-Business team and technology partners to develop B2C strategy so that it meets key consumer pain points and HBSA strategic objectives
- Analyze (financial) impact of implemented services and contribution to overall HBSA strategy
- Work with marketing, sales capability and change & comms teams to develop training and capability building materials to onboard and educate all internal & external stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to set up B2C support models
- Work with change & comms team to develop exciting and fresh ways to keep our consumers & customers up to date on key developments
- Explore industry best practices to continuously improve our B2C offerings
- Learn, share & reapply with/from other HEINEKEN OpCos, leveraging the strength of the HEINEKEN network
- Manage deployment & development budget together with D&T and Finance
- University Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / IT / E-Commerce
- Min 5 yrs relevant experience in sales / digital / D&T / Finance
- Project management skills
- Expertise in agile ways of working
- Expertise or experience in shaping FMCGs or related services B2C strategy & solutions
- Proactive and able to work flexibly & autonomously
- Able to communicate and engage with all levels of the organisation
- Consumer-focused with a high-level of curiosity
