- Degree with Supervisory Training will be beneficial
- 5 Years in maintenance supervision experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry (beverage or food)
- Experience in malt or food manufacturing plants
- Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment
- Supervise Artisans and Contractors
- Assist and execute projects
- Ensure plant downtime is minimized
- Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
- Strategic plant reliability improvement and application of reliability centred maintenance
- Health and Safety and compliance
- After hours support
