If you're a versatile powerhouse with a proven track record in procurement, planning, and systems implementation, we want to meet you!🚀 Your Mission: As our Procurement & Planning Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our supply chain and production planning. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions shape performance, efficiency, and growth.🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, and speed.
- Lead supplier negotiations and build strong vendor relationships.
- Oversee production planning to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory with precision—minimizing waste and maximizing accuracy.
- Align cross-functional teams to meet forecasts and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, health & safety, customs, and import/export regulations.
- Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and KPI tracking.
- Spearhead system upgrades and implementations to streamline operations.
- National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
- 5+ years in manufacturing, procurement, or planning.
- 4+ years of team leadership experience.
- Expertise in material/demand planning, sourcing, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of customs, freight forwarding, and international logistics.
- Proven success in system implementation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms (Pastel, Omni Accounts, or similar).
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and Health & Safety standards.
