Programme Overview:This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing women's representation in the technology sector. Participants will receive practical, in-demand skills across four key streams:

Data Engineering – building data pipelines, databases, and analytics solutions

DevOps – cloud platforms, deployment practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code

AI Engineering – developing and applying machine learning and AI solutions

Software & Automation – software development, testing, and process automation

The programme also includes mentorship, career coaching, and industry exposure, equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen (Born Citizenship)

Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support women's participation in tech)

NQF Level 6 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
Completed qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Cyber Security, and other tech domain-specific qualifications.

Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.

Between the ages of 18-34 years

Passion for building a career in advanced digital fields
