Job Summary Workshop Foreman - Sandton Salary: (Negotiable) | Benefits: Pension Fund An outstanding company in Sandton is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workshop Foreman to join their team. This role reports directly to the Director and requires someone with parts buying knowledge, strong admin skills to support workshop operations. Responsibilities: Manage truck & bakkie parts (0.5ton to 35ton vehicle parts) ordering & liaise with the company's parts buyer. Job Card Management: Open & close job cards accurately for billing and reporting Stock Control: Conduct stock takes & maintain inventory accuracy Data Entry: Update systems with parts orders, inventory, & job card info Supplier Liaison: Ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve & order discrepancies Administrative Support: Filing, record-keeping, and report generation Workshop Coordination: Ensure parts availability & smooth workflow in collaboration with the workshop team Key Requirements: Proven experience in parts buying / managing for trucks and bakkies (knowledge essential) Strong computer literacy and familiarity with stock/job card systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach If you meet the above requirements, please send your detailed CV Ref: WF/JM
