Job Summary QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (post-matric qualification in logistics or administration is a plus). • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an import/export, logistics, or warehouse environment. • Knowledge of shipping documents, customs processes, and Incoterms is highly desirable. • Computer literate - proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS systems. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
