Contract: Fixed-Term | On-Site | Competitive Total Remuneration PackageAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Quality Supervisor to take full ownership of quality control across the construction site of a utility-scale renewable energy project. This position is critical to ensuring that all engineering and construction activities are delivered in full compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications, and project requirements.You’ll serve as the on-site representative for quality matters, working closely with the EPC contractor to oversee the development and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS), while proactively identifying risks and ensuring continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Quality OversightAct as the primary site quality representative, upholding employer quality standardsMaintain daily coordination with EPC contractors to ensure QMS and Quality Plans are followedPerform regular inspections and audits across all phases of constructionQuality Documentation & ReportingDocument all inspections, non-conformities, corrective actions, and audit outcomesPrepare and present routine quality performance reports to the project management teamStakeholder CollaborationAlign quality expectations with engineers, contractors, and regulatory entitiesHost site quality meetings and workshops to promote a quality-driven cultureRisk & Compliance ManagementIdentify, report, and mitigate potential quality risks earlyEnsure all quality issues are resolved promptly and in compliance with contractual requirementsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ on-site quality control experience on EPC construction projects, ideally in renewable energyExperience managing QA/QC on utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS projectsProficiency in interpreting construction drawings, standards, and specificationsCertification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is an advantageExcellent reporting, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution mindsetIdeal Candidate AttributesYou are detail-oriented, driven by excellence, and committed to ensuring the success of world-class renewable energy projects.
