Closing Date: Friday, 12 September 2025Do you thrive on leading IT infrastructure projects from start to finish?We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee high-impact projects that span multiple divisions. This is a permanent opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, ensure governance, and drive change across a dynamic enterprise environment.What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in line with Group IT methodologies.
- Define, oversee, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Liaise with Business Analysts, Testers, Developers, and Solution Owners to coordinate delivery.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting are in place throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage scope, risks, quality, and change control processes.
- Oversee vendor and third-party project delivery, ensuring obligations are met.
- Present progress updates to Project Steering Committees.
- Support organizational change and smooth adoption of project outcomes.
- 5+ years’ proven experience as an IT Project Manager within infrastructure environments.
- Formal qualification(s) in Project Management (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing projects across multiple divisions and business units.
- Knowledge of organizational change management and transformation frameworks.
- Degree in Information Technology.
- Certifications in Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Formal training in Agile methodologies.
- IT Security and Infrastructure exposure (advantageous).
- Highly organized and delivery focused.
- Strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Assertive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Professional, well-presented, and results driven.
- Skilled in building and maintaining collaborative relationships.
