- Overall financial management through the execution of the financial operating plan
- Develops and monitors standard operating processes/procedures, internal controls, and
Directs operations to meet financial and operational targets,
- Serves as the management liaison to the Board of Directors and audit committee by effectively
other key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow,
investment priorities, and policy matters,
- Manages the income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and reserves. Ensures compliance
- Prepares management reports for the Board of Directors
- Facilitates internal and external audits,
- Asset management,
- Regularly reviews Financial Risk Management Reports focusing on Association impact/
- Works closely with IT Manager to ensure the latest technological advances are implemented to
- Formal accounting qualification
- Professional accounting body registration
- Experience with IT contingency planning and business continuity, business systems, and
- 5 - 7 years’ of financial management experience
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
