Internal Sales

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification or Internal/Export Sales Diploma

• 2 years internal/export sales experience within plastics or chemical industry
• Polymer experience would be an advantage
• Stock Control experience
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping
• General office computer skills etc. Excel/Word
• Pastel or Pastel Evolution experience would be an advantage

• Expediting orders create quotes as per customer requests, orders for picking and sample job cards and orders for the laboratory.
• Processing proforma invoices, SADC and shippers instruction
• Stock control management - Attends to the administration for the physical monthly stock takes
• Continuous communication with internal and external customers, creditors, sales and dispatch
• Continuous improving effective and efficient trade-offs between customers, branch requirements and optimal cost management cost management of deliveries
• Assists with the copying of documents, filing and general administration
