Product Specification SpecialistAbout The RoleThe Product Specification Specialist is to secure product specifications for the company and its affiliated
brands of products for building projects.Key Responsibilities

Identify and record relevant construction and design projects using online platforms and service providers.
Build relationships with architects, designers, engineers, quantity surveyors, construction firms, property managers, and corporate clients.
Conduct regular in-person or virtual presentations to industry professionals.
Track project pipelines and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports.
Support and prepare for exhibitions and trade events.
Prepare accurate quotations, including stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them updated and resolving any issues.
Manage and document customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are taken.
Handle all customer documentation and order amendments professionally and on time.
Attend internal sales meetings and assist with business travel planning.
Create and manage detailed project and sales pipeline plans aligned with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of all clients, projects, and communications.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and provide coverage for absent colleagues when required.
Contribute positively to team morale and uphold the company's professional image.
