Company requires the services of a receptionist who will be responsible for the following:To provide an efficient, client oriented frontline and telecommunication service to all customers (internal & external);To manage time and duties effectively between core function and other designated activities;To encourage a customer-focused pleasant, professional environment;Event preparation and bookings upon request;Assist with the overall co-ordination and control of by providing support within area of delegated authority;When requested may be responsible for function organisation and co-ordination (booking of venues, conferences, catering etc);Assist in the circularization and distribution of any staff memo’s by ensuring that memo’s are placed on the relevant notice boards and reception;Other ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.The successful candidate will have the following skills, competencies and qualifications:Organisational structure and business processes;Familiar with telephone extensions;Operation of Avaya OneX switchboard;Typing skills;Operation of office equipment (fax, photocopier);Proficient in M.S. Excel and M.S.
