We're looking for an AI Specialist to join our forward-thinking team and lead the charge in applying cutting-edge AI to healthcare and pharmaceutical innovation.As our AI Specialist, you'll lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions across clinical, research, and administrative functions. From enhancing patient care to streamlining operations and boosting commercial strategy, your work will drive measurable impact across the entire healthcare ecosystem.You will:
  • Shape and execute our AI strategy and adoption roadmap.
  • Automate key workflows, revolutionizing operational efficiency.
  • Develop predictive models to support better, faster medical decisions.
  • Innovate with AI tools for personalized care, diagnostics, and virtual health.
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and scalable AI practices that serve patients first.
What You'll Be Responsible For1. AI Strategy & Governance
  • Design and deliver an enterprise AI strategy.
  • Lead ethical AI governance and ensure compliance.
  • Drive change management for AI adoption.
  • Create training programs to build internal AI fluency.
2. AI-Driven Automation
  • Identify and automate manual workflows using AI tools.
  • Optimize clinical and supply chain processes.
  • Ensure robust integration with cloud-based systems.
3. Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Develop predictive analytics for disease prevention and treatment optimization.
  • Support AI in drug discovery, clinical trials, imaging, and diagnostics.
  • Use AI for sales forecasting, marketing analytics, and strategic planning.
  • Modernize data platforms for AI-driven operations.
4. Personalized, Patient-Centric Care
  • Build virtual assistants and chatbots to improve patient engagement.
  • Create AI tools for remote monitoring and personalized treatment.
  • Advance telemedicine through intelligent, accessible solutions.
Education:
  • Bachelor's in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's/PhD and certifications (Google Cloud AI, AWS ML, TensorFlow, etc.)
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in AI/ML, data science, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on development and deployment of AI solutions.
  • Experience with AI in analytics, forecasting, and process automation.
  • Bonus: Healthcare, pharma, or clinical trial experience.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Strong coding ability in Python, R, SQL, or Java.
  • Cloud AI experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Bonus: Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and RPA platforms.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
  • Analytical mindset with a drive for innovation.
  • Excellent communication, able to bridge technical and business language.
  • Collaborative leadership with a passion for ethical, patient-first AI.
