Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Lead the roadmap for our e-commerce platforms (D2C and B2B)
- Identify market trends, customer behaviour and competitor insights to shape strategy
- Oversee the brand’s e-commerce webstore (performance & functionality)
- Manage integration with POS systems, CRM, payment gateways, logistics providers and loyalty program
- Ensure product data accuracy (descriptions, images, pricing & stock levels)
- Collaborate with performance marketing partners on paid search, display, social, affiliate and mailer marketing
- Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic
- Monitor & improve conversion rates, AOV and cart abandonment rates
- Enhance customer journeys and personalize digital experiences across channels
- Oversee customer service strategy and processes
- Manage loyalty programs, reviews and post purchase communications
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, retention, ROAS and CLV
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics for performance reporting
- Deliver monthly and quarterly e-commerce reports to senior management
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, warehouse and retail teams
- Co-ordinate with external partners (agencies, platforms)
- 3-5 years previous experience in a similar position
- Strategic thinking & commercial acumen
- Strong project management skills
