- Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Engineering industry
- Welding Expertise
- Line Boring Expertise
- CNC Milling and Turning Expertise: Managing CNC machining operations, including programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling and turning machines.
- Proficiency in operating different types of lathes (manual, CNC), understanding their functions, and performing routine maintenance
- EDGECAM Proficiency: Strong understanding of EDGECAM software and its application in CNC programming
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: A mechanical engineering qualification is preferred.
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols
- Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets customer specifications
