A leading building contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering two high-profile projects:

A large residential development in Stellenbosch
A Shopping Centre development

Key Responsibilities:

Full on-site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
Oversee daily site operations, planning, and scheduling
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth progress and resolve issues efficiently
Manage site administration, reporting, and progress meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential and/or commercial building projects
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background advantageous
Valid drivers license and own transport essential
