- Source and secure new commercial clients
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for client-specific solutions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Prospect new clients via calls, networking, or site visits
- Meet with property developers or facility managers
- Prepare and present proposals
- Internal coordination on pricing and solution design
- Record sales activity and update CRM
- Daily reporting or check-ins with the sales manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the water tank, construction, or commercial water storage industries.
- Matric certificate required.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in designing and quoting water tank systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial water storage systems, market trends, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering effective water storage solutions.
