- Compiling periodic breakdown reports
- Maintenance and repair of Refrigeration Compressors
- Maintenance and repair of the heat exchangers
- Monitoring and maintenance and repair of Air Compressors
- Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the condensers and the water softener system
- Responsible for all the valve stations on the plant
- Liaise with Foreman on prevention of reoccurrence of breakdowns
- Liaise with Maintenance Planner to ensure availability of critical spares
- Attend to breakdown timeously .
- Analyse and ascertain the root-cause-analysis of breakdowns
- Job cards input correctly submitted
- Attend to job cards submitted for the required work.
- Manage the critical spares requirements for all equipment
- Assess machinery & equipment break down and required spares
- Responsible to operate the machine according to SOPs and Health and safety procedures
- Assemble, install and/or repair relevant machinery
The successful candidate will report directly to the Refrigeration Foreman at Maintenance DepartmentNetwork FinanceRecruiter
