We are seeking Accounts Assistants for two clients based in Jacobs (a Leading Supplier of thermal insulation, industrial and decorative coatings, asbestos removal, building cladding and scaffolding, to the petrochemical, sugar, pulp, food and beverage industries) and Hillcrest (a vehicle tracking company). Applicants should have their matric, a related qualification, and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Duties will include reconciling, credit checks, following up on outstanding payments, processing supplier invoices and purchase orders, assisting with month-end and year-end processes, preparing reports and assisting the Financial Manager. Strong MS Excel and Pastel knowledge is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the surrounding areas and have their driver's license and own car. * What is your name?
