- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise group revenue and occupancy
- Analyse market trends, forecasts, and competitor data to guide pricing and positioning
- Oversee daily yield management across OTAs and direct booking channels
- Maintain accurate rate loading, inventory control, and rate parity across platforms
- Lead OTA and online booking platform strategy and performance monitoring
- Manage reservations for a flagship property and monitor online revenue across the group
- Generate regular performance reports and participate in strategic planning sessions
- Utilise forecasting tools and market data to predict demand and adjust pricing accordingly
- 5 to 8 years experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality
- Strong relationships with OTAs, booking platforms, and distribution partners
- Proven ability to drive revenue through pricing, data analysis, and inventory control
- Experience managing group reservations and rate structures
- Proficient in demand forecasting and market trend analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time management, organisational, and analytical skills
- Matric certificate required; further studies in revenue management is advantageous
- Must be a South African citizen (RSA ID)
