- Experience as an office administrator, secretary or relevant role
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Competent knowledge of MS Office (Including Excel - able to perform basic calculations, cell formatting etc)
- A solid mathematical ability
- Qualifications in secretarial studies or related fields will be an advantage but not a necessity - will consider experience in lieu of this
- Experience with Sage Pastel, Xero similar package would also count in the candidates favour
- 4-8 years experience in a similar role
