Minimum requirements:
  • Experience as an office administrator, secretary or relevant role
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Competent knowledge of MS Office (Including Excel - able to perform basic calculations, cell formatting etc)
  • A solid mathematical ability
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies or related fields will be an advantage but not a necessity - will consider experience in lieu of this
  • Experience with Sage Pastel, Xero similar package would also count in the candidates favour
  • 4-8 years experience in a similar role
