Personal / Admin Assistant (young and dynamic)FLUENT IN AFRIKAANSLocation: Edenvale, JohannesburgKey Responsibilities
  • General secretarial and administrative duties
  • Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and customers
  • Handling calls, visitors, and basic bookkeeping (petty cash, payments)
  • Tracking shipments and managing local purchases
  • Updating and filing records/databases (digital & physical)
  • Assisting with implementation of new IT systems
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the team
Requirements
  • 48 years admin/secretarial experience
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel a must) & solid math ability
  • Knowledge of office procedures; Sage Pastel/Xero a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in secretarial/admin fields beneficial
  • Fluent in Afrikaans
