- General secretarial and administrative duties
- Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and customers
- Handling calls, visitors, and basic bookkeeping (petty cash, payments)
- Tracking shipments and managing local purchases
- Updating and filing records/databases (digital & physical)
- Assisting with implementation of new IT systems
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the team
- 48 years admin/secretarial experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel a must) & solid math ability
- Knowledge of office procedures; Sage Pastel/Xero a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Qualifications in secretarial/admin fields beneficial
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Young and dynamic, presentable, eloquent, and professional
- Drivers license & own transport
- Confident, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
