Our mission is to deliver reliable, innovative, and scalable security technologies backed by exceptional service.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations of the company.This role will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining high standards of service and system performance. The Technical Manager will act as a key liaison between clients, project teams, and senior leadership, ensuring that technical solutions meet client requirements and align with company goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers in the design, installation, integration, and maintenance of commercial security systems.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise in areas such as access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and integrated security platforms.
  • Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to design and present customized security solutions.
  • Develop and implement technical processes, best practices, and training programs for the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and stay current on emerging security technologies.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for escalated client issues.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, intrusion detection, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, or similar) are a strong plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
