Sales Manager (Construction industry)

• Calling on architects, plumbers, and municipalities
• Managing and developing contracts and tenders
• Leading a dynamic team of 5 external sales representatives and 3 internal sales staff
• Driving sales growth and building strong industry relationships

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of tender processes and contract management
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Established network within the architectural, plumbing, and municipal sectors is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans essential
