
Junior Accountant & Personal Assistant to the General Manager

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.Accounting Duties:
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, cash books, journals and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate records of financial documents and data entry in accounting software.
- Support monthly closing processes and internal audits.
- Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
- Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes.Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the General Manager.
- Manage the GMs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
