This intimate 10-room property (20 pax) offers a serene guest experience, and we are looking for a manager who can bring finesse, organisation, and a passion for hospitality. The role also includes providing personal assistant support to the General Manager, making it ideal for a professional with both strong operational and administrative skills.DescriptionAs the Lodge Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest service, staff management, and seamless coordination of lodge activities. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of hospitality, with a keen eye for the finer details that elevate the guest experience.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Full operational management of the lodge, including guest relations and housekeeping standards.
  • Acting as PA to the General Manager, assisting with administration, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Training, motivating, and managing staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Ensuring guest experiences are personalised and unforgettable.
  • Monitoring budgets, stock control, and supplier relations.
  • Maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements
  • Hospitality Management qualification is essential.
  • Proven lodge or boutique hotel management experience (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for creating refined guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Female candidates will be given preference for this role.
  • Ability to start asap.
